From the East or West:

Take the NYS Thruway (I-90) to exit 46, pay toll, then take the ramp to I-390 North. Continue for 2 miles, then take exit 14.

 From the South:

Take I-390 North to exit 14.

Turn left onto E. Henrietta Rd (15A). After the light on the other side of the bridge, turn right to enter the Holiday Inn grounds.
